After the voting is completed, the polling officer shall seal the following ballot papers and other documents in separate envelopes and mention their details on the outside of the envelope. A bond must be prepared and if they do not want to be stamped, they must be stamped by two other persons present at the polling station:-(a) Unused ballots, (b) Canceled ballots, (c) Ballots outside the ballot box, (d) Voters who have decided not to vote. Ballots returned to the polling officer, (e) tender ballots, (f) half-cuts of used ballots, (g) any other document that should be kept sealed as per the instructions of the Commission or the Election Officer.
